About the course:
The course focuses on the applications of planning and control of delivery, development and procurement projects in several industrial applications. Emphasis is also placed on projects of organisation, projects related to the permanent organisation and the link between the project and the organisation's overall strategy. The theory of projects is employed during the course in several case studies.
